About Our Florists
We work with some of the best local florists from all over the world, and love to hear their stories about how they have increased their orders by going direct.
All of the florists we work with are genuine, local florists and deliver flowers to the delivery areas listed on our site.
We never list order gatherers or online flower companies in our pages, and as each listing is verified by our team, you are always guaranteed a fantastic service when placing an order direct with one of our florists.
Each one of our florists is unique in what they can offer and this is reflected in the quality of the work you can find in their gallery images and profile pages.
Our florists are part of a worldwide community of florists who use the directory to send and receive flowers and take part in discussions across our social media channels.
We regularly update our listings and stay in frequent contact with our members to make sure that we are delivering the best service we can at all times.
All of the features of the site have been tailor made for florists to make sending flowers a breeze and supporting florists in gaining more visibility to their profile and increasing their direct orders.
Find out why florists are choosing to work alongside relay to increase their direct orders as independent local florists.
Featured Florist: The Olive Grove
I got into floristry 20 years ago after I lost my Mum, Olive. I could never find a quality florist for the flowers I wished to take to her when she was unwell, so I started my own business to answer a gap in the market.
Two years ago my 20-year lease was expiring and I was forced to relocate my florist to another premises. I didn't think it would be hard to start over again but I soon I found that out when I tried to get Google to update my shop. The new tenant registered the old shop as permanently closed and if you searched the Olive Grove, Google said this business is permanently closed.
This has been very damaging as it meant we lost many of our customers of 20 years as they thought we had gone. After two years we are now back on Google at our new location. We have now started to regain our old customers back.
I don't use the app as I prefer to call in. I love the freedom of choice, excellent quality of florists and love to call in and speak to the guys at florist exchange as they give great advice and they seem to know all their florists personally. I love this service and really feel as if I have finally got my florist back on track.

Local Florist Review: Bright & Beautiful
I started off in floristry from my garage in 2012. By Oct 213 I had set up my own shop. In my first year I had done 24 weddings, which I felt was a great achievement as I am in small town with two other florists. One of which is Interflora and the other eFlorist.
I never went into relay as I hate working from recipes. The reason I become a florist is because I am creative. I have many received orders from Florist Exchange and enjoyed speaking to the florist who confirmed that they also used the Florist Exchange Directory.
I left my first online review after using the system last week. When I get a returning customer that wants to send flowers to those same address again I always use the same florist.
This not only helps build a great rapport with my customer, it also helps build rapport with another florist.

Local Florist Review: The Flower Box
I have always been an independent florist and have never been involved with relay companies. The reason I like using Florist Exchange is that I can call a florist direct, and I know I always get the flowers my customers want. I use Florist Exchange for all my UK orders and make sure to leave a review each time I use a florist to help others to see the quality of the service. For international orders I prefer the peace of mind and back up of speaking to the call center and have always found them to be very helpful.
